Background color change with sticky designation?

    Is there any way to set the background color of an element to change when it goes into “sticky” mode if set to sticky? Fo instance, I’m using the sticky aspect on a main navigation menu, which is a transparent background when not scrolled, but upon scroll, needs to have an opaquer background.
