    You need to use CSS to style the ticker. Please put your custom css in the Ditty News Ticker > Settings > Custom CSS field.

    Add the following for a starting point.

    .mtphr-dnt { background: #00FFFF; }
.mtphr-dnt-tick * { color: #FF0000; }
