background color

I’m referring to Fancy Gallery 1. Basically I love it and purchased a license for it but just want to get rid of the background cards, or at least make them shorter.

Right now, the video thumbnail sits inside a white box. I would like the white box to be transparent, and ideally to be smaller so the thumbnails are closer together vertically.

We have found that you are using “Rock N Rolla” theme. We installed that theme and can’t find the error with the plugin. Please can you deactivate plugins which you have and check is there the same place between the videos or no? Let me know any news about testing this steps.

I will test that as soon as possible. It might be helpful to note that the issue is NOT occurring on: https://lorenrisker.com/portfolio/more-videos/. I created that gallery by duplicating the gallery that I am having issues with and removing some videos.

We have checked the plugin with the theme which you are using, but we can’t found the problem. We will wait for any news after testing without any other plugins. On second link which you sent us you again have a problem.
