Background and other issues for html custom mail

    Hi,

    Some html element are deleted when i save my custom mail, for example :

    Code for mail client adaptability :
    <!– [if !mso]>, <o:AllowPNG/>…

    Font face call : @font-face

    Background settings : background: url()

    Could you help me ?

    Sorry it is not clear,

    When i save my custom email :

    Background image settings are deleted
    Code for mail client adaptability and font call are displayed in the email

    I tried to past your example on https://docs.maxim-kaminsky.com/lrm/kb/how-to-style-email-templates/
    But it is the same problem.

    Hi,

    I understand why, because html template have to be in “Template for HTML emails (text/html format only, not WooCommerce!)” and not in registration body.

    So we can’t have one template per mail? (registration and lost password)

    Hi,

    No, you can’t have different template per mail type, only on global.
