Background and footer stuck at the top of the page.

Code errors from editing your theme, like missing closing tags, already declared divs, and js included after the </html> in footer.php. I have made some of the corrections. Many of the errors are caused by social networking inserts which can not be altered and would not effect the background and footer situation.

There must be something else wrong here.
