    Hello,

    We are utilizing Advanced Ads Pro to run background ads on our website through the background placements function. Unfortunately, our latest campaign is failing to load on either mobile or desktop. We have the Ad Blocker and Cache Busting featues enabled, which restored functionality the last time we were running background ads; in that instance the mobile ad was running on all devices before the Cache Busting was enabled.

    Now, ads aren’t running, except for a brief period roughly an hour ago.

    Curiously, the ads do appear to run for a logged in user, however we don’t have the ads set to run only for logged in users.

    Update: Turning off the Cache Buster function allowed our ad to populate on desktop. Is there any way to address this issue?
