    Hi guys,

We have an admin who lost her woocommerce sidebar on any woocommerce pages (order, products, subscriptions, etc). The weird thing is other admins can see the sidebar just fine (using her login) while she is having problem with everyone’s login using various multiple browsers and even devices.

Unfortunately, we cannot replicate this issue in our staging site as the sidebar is appearing fine there for her. The site has a lot of traffic so we cannot afford to deactivate plugins on the live site.

She got following error in console

The block "woocommerce/product-radio" is registered with an invalid category "woocommerce". blocks.min.js:10:1003
The block "woocommerce/product-section" is registered with an invalid category "woocommerce". blocks.min.js:10:1003

The block "woocommerce/product-track-inventory-fields" is registered with an invalid category "woocommerce". blocks.min.js:10:1003
The block "woocommerce/product-sku" is registered with an invalid category "woocommerce". blocks.min.js:10:1003

    Any suggestion anyone?

    Hi @melisaciputra ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that one of your site admins is unable to see the WooCommerce sidebar, irrespective of which admin account they log in to, however other site admins are not experiencing this issue, is that correct?

As a first step, I’d suggest asking the admin in question to clear their browser cache. Sometimes, outdated or conflicting cache files can cause display issues.

Additionally, can you suggest the admin to temporarily disable any browser extensions or add-ons they might have installed. Some extensions can interfere with the rendering of certain elements on a webpage.

Lastly, can you ask them to ensure that they are using a supported and up-to-date browser. They can check this here:

Hi Roxy, thank you for your recommendations. Our admin said the issue is now resolved that she cleared her cache again. Thanks again. Have a good day!
