Backend – search for gallery

When I’m managing galleries in backend, there is a search field, but it searches only for image names. I have a lot of galleries but “MANAGE galleries” term is quite an exaggeration ?? is there any option to find a particular gallery, not looking for it manually paginating endlessly?
