Backend pagination and scalability

Hello there, awesome plugin, but not yet scalable.
In the create variations page i see that the pagination is absent.
We have a pretty large store (10k+ products), it’s essential to add:
A) some pagination in the settings page;
B) search functionality;
C) an import utility (this should be essential even for smaller stores);
D) having greyed out the variation that is unpublished or not available.

For now i had to disable it, but i’d love to use your plugin in a production env.
