Backend order

    I need my marketplace salesrep (not the seller salesrep) to access backend to enter orders. I will create a specific user role and capalities but i would need to know if wcmp is compatible with backend order ? I mean: order split between vendors and other wcmp specific functions ?

  • Hi @matthieuh, our vendors can access the orders from backend also, as you can see in our demo too – https://wcmpdemos.com/WCMp/my-account/. Each vendor can see their own part of the orders in their backend, and other features like Add Product, view orders etc.

    However, there are certain features, that are only available in the frontend dashboard like Provide the shipping information, see transactions etc.

    Can you also explain this a bit more “I will create a specific user role and capalities but i would need to know if wcmp is compatible with backend order ?”, so that we can understand the flow and help you out accordingly.
