Backend of the Home Page not visible

  • I have an OceanWP WordPress theme, and when I wanted to update a few changes in the home page, the edit page doesn’t open. I am attaching a video file of what is showing.
    I also checked with the elementor video ( https://elementor.com/…/how-to-fix-the-preview-could…/ ) and tried to do the changes they said, but I am still not been able to see the backend of the home page.
    They have asked to check with the service provider as to the WordPress installed has the .htaccess file. Even the server people checked it at their end, as you can see in the last few version which was saved if it is showing the home page to edit. It is not still not showing.

    Waiting for your reply and if you can suggest what had gone wrong so that I could take precautions in the future.

    Kindly update the theme and plugins to the latest version and check.

    Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.?
