BackEnd Not Working

I installed the plugin on WordPress 3.7.1 and once I hit activate my entire backend is blank- nothing will show- white page.
I tried going into the FTP and deleting the files in the Plugin’s folder but I do not see it in there.
HELP Please!!!!!!!
