    Hello,

    I use Ultimate Membership Pro to manage the different memberships and also Members so that I can set the rules for the backend.

    Unfortunately, I can no longer see the menu in the backend, even though it is set to “Approved”. What could be the reason for this?

    Thanks for reaching out Members Support Team!

    I believe that you should contact their support team and report the bug to them. As we don’t have access to Ultimate Membership Pro plugin.
