Backend GUI broken

Hey,

I’m having problems with the plugins backend.

the person page has problems with the checkboxes

touchpoint page i belive has duplicated Activity information
the upper Activity information section allso dosen’t let you choose anything from the dropdowns. Saving still works if you fill the date on both and the times on the lower Activity information section
