    Hi there,

currently we are facing two Issues with your great Plugin:

    1) with the Backend we cant activate any Tabs. All Content is displayed in one Page.
I have deactivated all plugins, caching, cleared plugin cache

    2) on the Frontend we have no Styling. The Content is displayed also in one Column. No Carousel possible..

With both I don′t have any 404 Requests and no Console Errors.

    Some Information about our Setup:
    – Gutenberg
    – WP 6.5.2
    – PHP 8.2.16

btw: your /contact/ Page has Status 500

Thats the Frontend Look with Carousel:

@jolle775 Thanks for your comprehensive support request!

Going in reverse, thanks for pointing out the contact page error. I realised that I missed a few checks when performing a PHP update here. This page and its form are now working correctly.

With your first point, it looks like there is an error in the JavaScript/CSS loading process. I was going to suggest looking at your page caching service, but this would only affect the front-end (and you did disable it in any case). I will have a look in the next few hours, try to replicate the problem and get back to you.

@jolle775?I cannot replicate this error (I didn’t think I would). I regularly test with PHP 7.x, 8.2, 8.3 as well as the current and nightly-build of WordPress (now at 6.6).

I think there may be something specific to your installation. Are you able to switch on debugging and then log the errors that come up?

Please can you drop me an email using wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com?

@designextreme thanks for your fast support here and by email. I enjoy using your plugin with these kind of functionalities and support.

The Issue is related to the Theme (switching the Theme solves the Problem). We will figure it out on our side. Else I will give an update here.

    Anyway – Thanks again.
