Backend form submissions access not working

If I go to Forminator/Submissions in the main WordPress menu in the backend, the form menu to choose which form data to look at is only showing “Polls” and “Choose Poll” right now. In the past, it has allowed us to access submission form data, not sure what’s going on here.

I can access it by going to Dashboard first, then using the gear icon and picking “View submissions,” however, it should be available via the above method as well.
