Backend Disabling of TFA

I am my site’s administrator and am no longer able to process the passcode sent to me by the WordProcess server. I have discovered the 2FA software in ../wp-content/plugins/two-factor-authentication/, but the code is complex, and the few things that I have tried have failed. Where is the switch that turns off 2FA? In which file, in which code line? This information would be very helpful.

My goal is to turn 2FA back on, as soon as I am, once again, able to process the delivered passcode. No, I am unable to locate my backup codes. It has been so long that I no longer remember, if I even ever secured them. Already I have looked in many places.
