Backend calculator disappeared but is still showing on front end

hello, i am using this plugin to make a compensation calculator for my client, the problem im having is that a form i created has dissapeared when i try to edit it from the back-end, back-end shows this message ‘There are no calculators yet’, i have already created the form and implemented the shortcode in my front-end, the form is still showing on front-end – you can see it here – https://www.Amraiz.com/calculator, how do i edit this form now lol as it doesnt exist anymore in the back-end anymore,also im not sure how it disappeared, will i have to recreate the form?
