Backend Admin Not Working

    Very weird. I have deleted it several times, tried manually deleting, tried uploading plugin files from another site where it works. This site is also on the same server as other sites (which are all pretty much exact templates) which are working fine. Everything I try still comes up with that messed up add form/edit form page.

I'm afraid but the download link for the dropbox file doesn't work. Please send the file together with the information about the trouble shooting from the plugin to our office e-mail.

Have you used or reinstalled the plugin in the past?
