• I am using the DB Back Up feature and have it set to automatically back up every day. Each day I receive an email with a .zip back up, but when I log in via FTP I discovered in the AIOWPS_backups folder the most recent back up file was 2-13-15. Today is 2-21-15. Why is it not backing up to FTP but I am getting an email copy of the daily back up?

Secondly, is there a way to change the destination folder of the back up? I’d prefer to save to Google drive.

    thanks

Hi blueoaks have you updated any plugin or theme between the last backup date and today?

In regards to your second question.

That option is not currently available. The plugin developers will analyze this request further.

I have not updated my theme or any plugins since the last back up date.

    Hi blueoaks,

the most recent back up file was 2-13-15

What is the value of the following setting in the DB Backup tab?
Number of Backup Files To Keep

Also the fact that there is a fairly recent backup in your directory tells me that the plugin has at once stage been successfully saving these files.
Please check your server logs and also the AIOWPS log files to see if there are any logs related to issues with saving backup files.

    3 backups to keep

The plugin was once successfully saving the files. Since I keep getting the emails each day (often 2 emails at the same time of the same backup) I assumed it was saving to the back up folder as well.

If I need a back up I can use the email attachment, but I am wondering why its not also saving to the folder.

I checked what I think are my server logs in

/big/dom/[mydatabase]/logs and searched for “AIOWPS” in the logs on 2/13 and 2/14 and found no matches

In the www/wp-content/plugins/aiowps/logs folder I find this:
