Back-ups not deleting in WP

    Hi

    UpdraftPlus seems to be working fine but I have a niggling error whereby my ‘Existing backups’ shows a large number of backups, which when I try to delete them manually it just says…

    Backup sets removed: 0

    Local files deleted: 0

    Remote files deleted: 0

    Then it still shows as being there. How can I resolve this please?

    Hi,

    Can you try to click on the “Rescan local/remote” storage link to update the backup list?

    Does that resolve the issue?

    When you delete the backup, can you uncheck the option to “also delete from remote stroage”

    The backup should then be removed?

    Yes, I did that but it does not work and still shows the file as being there.

    can you try deinstalling the plugin but wiping your settings before you do?

    This will not remove any of your current backups. If they do not show afterwards. Press the “rescan remote storage” link
