Back Up to Google Drive Failed and Causing website to slow/crash

    Hi

    I was using UpdraftPlus (free) to update my website last year with no issues at all. Uploading the backups to Google Drive.

    In September last year something happened to stop updates and the plugin deactivated (I stupidly didn’t spot this as previously everything had run fine)

    I have now reinstalled UpDraft but all the backups are failing with the message Backup contains: Incomplete
    Latest status: The backup attempt has finished, apparently unsuccessfully
    It has also caused a couple of 508 Resource Limit Reached alerts which I am checking with my server host.

    Is there a known issue with very slow failing backups to Google Drive?

    Also since reactivating the UpDraft plugin the backend of the website has become very very slow.

    Hi,

    To help us find out the cause of the issue, please could you send us a copy of the full backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi @bcrodua
    The only existing backups in that area are the ones from September. Is that right?
    I am currently trying another back up so will see if that one fails again (it is taking a very long time) and if it does send the backup log over
