Back Up Plugin Suggestion

  • Hi guys,

    I was wondering if someone could suggest a plugin for doing site backup’s of both files and the database. We have tried wp_snapshot however our host has disabled shell_exe(), so this fails, Our main backup requirement is the database to be sent via email as a sql dump.

    Any suggestions of a free solution appricated.
