If you want ‘www.’ in your URL then I would change both the siteurl and home URL to https://www.dumlr.com . But you said that when you made the change it was automatically reverted back?

Also, make sure that your siteurl and home URL aren’t defined in your config file.

Based on your initial message you probably changed the home URL from https://dumlr.com to https://www.dumlr.com inside of the WordPress settings, now change that back to https://dumlr.com .

You likely don’t need to transfer or backup anything, you just need to put in the correct values.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what those values are, because we cannot see your site. Whatever values they were before you changed them worked, which is why I told you to change them back to that.
