Back up is stuck at 83%

    Hello I’m using WPVivid Backup to restore a backup in 2021, I’ve tried several times, and each time it is stuck at 83%, the error log is as following:

    Could anyone give me a solution? Thanks

First, visit the doc and adjust WPvivid settings as suggested:

Second, if your backup files were merged into single package, decompress the zip packages to obtain the following separate packages:

1. wp core

2. wp content

3. plugins

4. themes

5. uploads

6. database

Next, upload each package to the target site individually and restore them separately.

Please refrain from canceling the restore process or refreshing/closing the restore page while a restore task is in progress, as the restoration is actively ongoing in the background. Wait until a successful or failed message appears before taking any further action.

After completing these steps, if the issue persists, would you kindly send the restore log to our support email at support(a)wpvivid.com? We will analyze it thoroughly to identify the issue. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
