    Hi @websgt

I can remember someone tested it on IIS server already and it was working.
So. I guess issues related to Windows paths should not exist.

I would guess it may be due to request Timeout.
Could you please try to increase the timeout?
    I found this: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-modify-time-out-settings-microsoft-iis-when-required-cognos-products
    and this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/configuration/system.applicationhost/sites/sitedefaults/limits

On windows it looks like the connectionTimeout is important.

Can you tell how big is your site?
    Images/posts/comments/plugins?

What’s the scan results in first secretion (site size)?

Let me know if that worked and what’s the size of your site.
    Thank you! ??

    @backupsupport,

Sorry for the delay. I had GoDaddy Premium support looking at another issue.
This is the short part of the answer.

“This issue is hosting-related because your website hosted on Plesk”

Since they were poking around, and I have no idea what changes they made on their end, I tried a new backup. This time I think I got a bit further. It is World Press running on IIS. Any suggestions to work around this issue?

    Hi @websgt

Looks like you used second backup method (plugin setting).
Please try the first and third one.

You can find them in ?other options” section at the bottom:

    • Use plugin’s default settings – depends on your server
    • …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
    • Don’t forget to save the settings ??

Let me know if that makes the backup longer ??

However the third option was successful.

I can deal not having autocratic backups, as long as I can get a backup which I now have. Thank you.

    Hi @websgt

I am pretty sure if you install php (accessible via powershell) you should be able to run PHP CLI backups – they work nicely and should solve automated backup issues.

Let me know if you need further help ??
