    Hello,

    I successfully imported my site with your plugin (and gave you a great review). However, I cannot seem to create a backup on the new server. I can’t download or copy logs either.
    Thanks in advance for your help.

    We will need a bit more pieces of information from you about the new server.
    – What’s your web server is apache/nginx/litespeed?
    – PHP Version
    – Do you use Cloudflare?
    – What’s your site URL and home URL in WordPress settings.

    That would be great if you could send us your site info via email.
    You can download the file in our troubleshooting section -> advanced options -> site info.
