Back up failed

    I’m trying to download a backup to my computer using WPvivid backup plugin. However I encounter issues with creating the backup due to insufficient server resource or hitting server limit.

    Right now I have the following advanced settings:
    Compress Files Every: 200 mb
    Exclude the files which are larger than: 0
    PHP script execution timeout: 1200 seconds
    PHP Memory Limit for backup: 700 mb
    PHP Memory Limit for restoration: 700mb
    Chunk Size: 2048kb

    the website is medium large (database 13.31 mb & file size 173.31 mb) and hosted on flywheel. I have removed the security plugins as well.

    Please could you help me, whether I should increase the PHP Memories for backup and restoration
