back up doesn't work

    The plugin has been working for 6 month, but 3 days ago it stopped working.

    I think the telling log data is this line.

    Try increasing your memory allocated to PHP in wp-config.php or in your php.ini file.

    It has already been encreased up to 64 mb, but the problem is still in force

    U meed mor Memory to make backup and send it with mail.

    We working on a Version that needs lesser Memory and i hop it is ready in the beginning of next Year.

    A destination Like Dropbox will need less Memory too.

    This plugin has never worked for me. Jobs are created but no logs exist and there are no backups. The following backwpup folders are on the server but they are empty:

    /mysite.com/wp-content/backwpup
    /mysite.com/wp-content/backwpup-d06c6-logs

    I’ve had this plugin since last summer but I’m currently using the WP db backup plugin.

    Can you take a look at my WP admin? The default backup location is Your WordPress dir is: /home/woodbrothers/mysite.com/ but I’d prefer backup file to go here by default –> /mysite.com/wp-content/backwpup

    Is that on a shard hosting or managed server or self managed server ?

    Yes, I’m on a shared hosting and tech support said that 90mb are allocated in the php.ini file.
