    Hi there,

    This is a restore log file, it looks like there are still folders left over from a previous restore.
    You should follow the instructions and use the ‘Delete old folders’ button top of the screen.
    If your issues are with a backup please provide the backup log file using PasteBin or similar.

    Hi there,

    So in this case I understand you would like to restore a backup with the posts.
    Normally you will have a banner at the top of the page to ‘Delete old folders’.

    The banner will present the option to ‘Delete old folder’, which you should do.
    Once that has been done you should be able to restore the backup correctly.

    If the delete old folders option appears in the Restore dialogue box, click this.
    Both of these methods should remove any old folders and allow you to restore.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for confirming. Could you provide the restore log using PasteBin or similar?
    With the restore log I can check the information to see what the cause of the issue is.
