Back Up Complete but Not Listed

Hi,

I’ve done a back up to the FTP. It goes really fast and says it’s done. But in the list of backups my last one is from Oct 2014. Logs say the same. So where is this one going and how can I access it? I’ve got a full download to my computer from 2015, but now I can’t remember how I did that. Please help. thanks.
