There’s a Javascript error on the home page related to siteground optimizer. That’s very likely the cause of the issue.

Great. Yes I disabled to plugin and it then worked fine.

Thanks a lot for waiting. It is not the plugin itself but the site configuration or theme function to not support the combination of the JS queries. I disabled the combine JS function in the environment section and the error doesn’t show in the console. The plugin can be used as it is now and you can also check with the developer, if he/she can locate the specific JS, as he/she can exclude it in this section and still be able to use the optimisation > https://www.xxxxxxxx.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sgo_frontend

Yes, you can activate the plugin back if you wish and indicate the detail to the developer, so that he/she can evaluate if finding and excluding the JS
