Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

Do you have a staging site where this can be replicated while “test” mode is active? If no staging site then is your provided site in “test” mode?

Yes, the plugin is currently in its latest version.

I don’t have staging site for this but I have just activated the test mode for both Cartflows and Stripe plugin, so you can try purchasing.

This site is not live yet so it is fine.

Based on the json object that you provided the return URL is correct. Now that you have set your site in test mode I’ll run some tests. Typically when there is a redirection issue it is because of a third-party plug-in interfering with the redirect to the order received page.

I am able to recreate the issue on your site but this isn’t an issue with the Stripe plugin. I was able to find a similar support request where a merchant had an identical issue with FPX and it was resolved when they increased their PHP memory settings.

Can you try increasing your server’s allowed memory for PHP and testing? Let me know what the results are of that test.

Sorry for the delay. I have tried increasing the PHP memory limit to 96M but it doesn’t work. Once the payment is success, it still lead the user to the empty checkout page instead of the thank you page.

I think there is a conflict with another plugin/your theme that’s causing this issue.
