Back links not being recognized in google

My site/Blog has gone from a PR3 to a PR1 over the last few years when I converted it to a wordpress blog.
There are a ton of back links to my blog from various forums and blogs but only 3 show up when you do link:www.jadecrew.com in google.
In my google webmaster tools I get Total links : 58,539. So with that many links what is my site doing to get banged down to a PR1?
The PR does not seem to affect my traffic, actually the traffic has steadily increased as the PR dropped so I guess it doesn’t really matter. I guess the PR thing is just something that really annoys me.
Any help would be appreciated.
