    Hi there!

I have installed your beautiful plugin today but there are two problems that occured. The first problem is that the subscribe button is doing nothing when I click on it.

    The second problem:
I created a subscriber via an API endpoint request. The subscriber is added to the subscribers list. It says that the mail is sent. But I received no email. I also checked the spam and I tried different emails as well.

Do you have an idea why this is happening?

    Thanks!

    Greetings,
    Julian

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

Could you please share your product URL/link with us in order to see the problem in action, and we also suggest you check the Email Status-Test Email option (Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Status->Email Status) to know whether the email has been received by the admin email?
    ??
    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi @julianblauw,

    Thanks for your information.

We use the WooCommerce Mailer function to send emails from our side. If you encounter any issues with sending email, then the same might apply to WooCommerce Order Emails. Please make sure the woocommerce order email works properly.

In some cases, your reported issue is from your mail server. For this, we suggest you contact your hosting provider regarding the same or use any SMTP plugin to send email.

    Thanks.

Hey thanks for you answer. Then I have another question. Is it possible to subscribe from a mobile application. For example:

    1. User taps on ‘send me a notification when item is in stock’ button.
    2. User is subscribed
    3. When item is back in stock, let it know to Firebase Cloud Messaging
    4. Notification will be sent automatically to users phone

Is something like this possible with the plugin?

    Thanks!
