Back Grounds will not apear

background looks white to me, which background did you choose?

try refreshing your browser cache by pressing CTRL and F5 at the same time.

Just tested with a fresh copy of Color3. I was unable to confirm the issue. Backgrounds all changed as expected.

WIll it make a difference if I am using internet explorer?

I had a friend check using mozilla firefox and the theme is functioning properly. Is there anyway this can be compatible with IE?

I just confirmed that your copy, as well as my fresh install test copy, both fail to render the background – as well as other elements – in IE(8) even in compatibility mode. Firefox and Safari both seemed fine. You might want to drop by the authors site and leave them a note if you really like the theme.
