Back gesture on mobile leaving website and not closing chat

    As the title says, the back gesture leaves the website and doesn’t close the chat itself. I’m using the popout. I tried modifying the functionality with code to no success. Is this intended behaviour, and what can I do to fix or improve this?

    Since the chatbot is an overlay on the page, using the back button essentially navigates back to the previous page without closing the chatbot. This behavior is expected based on how the chatbot is displayed. However, we’ll explore potential improvements on our side to make it more user-friendly, such as closing the chatbot window instead.
