I was just trying to add some plugins in the backend of the website, and all of a sudden this error message came up: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the?support forums. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” – I haven’t received an email, I can’t access the wp-admin part of the website now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ve found the error log and it seems the problem is: ‘[15-Dec-2024 22:09:05 UTC] PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on false in /home/berst/public_html/wp-content/plugins/draw-attention/public/class-drawattention.php on line 547’ – but I don’t know how to rectify this!

This PHP warning should not be the reason for such an error. Take a closer look at the error log. There should be a PHP error or fatal somewhere.

Hi @asadullah96, I followed the first step but this doesn’t seem to have done anything.

@threadi – I’ve had a look and the most recent ‘fatal’ is: [12-Dec-2024 14:32:53 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 212992 bytes) in /home/berst/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2316

Do you have any solutions for what I can do? Should I try disabling some of the latest plugins the way @asadullah96 suggested?

Thanks for all your help so far

@asadullah96 @threadi?– I managed to fix it! I renamed the plugins I had just added and disabled them. Think that cleared up some of the memory issues. Thanks so so much for all your help.
