    Hi,

    Yes its an amazon feed error they have the back cover as the first image, then the front cover.

    If you install the Amazon Link Extra - Images plugin you can manually select which image to display using the format %IMAGE%1#, %IMAGE%2#, etc.

    Theoretically you could replace %IMAGE% with %TEXT1% in the template then in the shortcode add text1=%IMAGE%2# or text1=%IMAGE%2#… Not tried that though.

    Hmm,

    Maybe not as I think it is only the UK domain that has the fault.

    You can hard code the image / thumb url in the shortcode:

    image=https://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/514F6kH5QVL.SL500.jpg

    thumb=https://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/514F6kH5QVL.SL100.jpg

    Hope this helps,

    Paul

    Thanks for that. If I want to contact KDP Support to correct the images on the UK feed for my book what is the correct term? Are you using the Product Feed or the Amazon Product Advertising API? Or is that the same thing? PM me if you don’t want to reveal technical details here..

    Hi,

    The plugin uses the Amazon Web Service – Product Advertising API.

    It gets the images and thumbnails from the ‘Images’ response group.

    Hope this helps,

    Paul
