Back completes but doesn't give url

When I back up, I only get a blank white screen and does not display the url. Also, url is not listed as previous backups. when I go to Cpanel, I do see the wpclone folder with wp-cpntent.zip in there. why would i not see the url after backup to be able to copy it? thanks.
