Back button on media

Hello – I’m using and loving the Spun theme, but I can not seem to find a way to add a back button (or anything else) to a media page.

You click on a post, there’s a pic, you click on the pic, it goes to an enormous version of the pic and then….there’s nothing else there. I have to use the browser back button to get out of that page. That doesn’t seem right. There’s no text, no menus, nothing.
