BA Booking Rates and Prices Missing

I’ve encountered an issue while updating the pricing information in the BA BOOKING Rates and Prices Section. Initially, I was replacing the demo data with our actual rates, but I’ve noticed that the ‘New Rate’ option, which was previously available, is now missing.

Yesterday, when the ‘New Rate’ feature was still present, I tried inputting the new rate data, including all pricing tiers. Although the system indicated that the data was saved (as shown by the tick and ‘done’ notification), the entered rates didn’t actually appear in the price section. This suggests that the feature wasn’t functioning correctly even when it was available.

Now, I can’t find the option to add any ‘New Rates’ at all. It seems to have disappeared from our system.

I’m wondering if this could be a compatibility issue. Our plugin is up to date, but I’m concerned it might not be fully compatible with the current version of WordPress we are using (Version 6.4.2). Could this be the reason for these problems?

Do you have any solutions or suggestions to address this? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
