    no , i am creating my template. not in web .. in my localhost

    i am using ie6 and my character code : iso 8859-9 .. but characters are showing like this : ?????????? ?…???…???…???…?? iii ???±??

    what is the wrong ?

    Switch character encoding to utf-8 (unicode).

    ok , i switch all encode settings iso-8859-9 .. and ok. np.
