    Hello Serradino,

    Very sorry for the late reply, I havent’ checked the forum for a long time, please accept my apologies.

    The first & second cases should be covered basically by making the VAT field optional, if selling to B2C then no need for VAT exemption, VAT will be applied.
    If selling B2B, customer enters VAT, gets exempted.
    For the third case, this feature is available in option “Preserve VAT in selected countries” (Which is enabled in Pro version).
