I am currently looking to set up a b2b WooCommerce store for digital download pdfs.

In essence the flow I am hoping to achieve is:

The RETAILER will need to be able to set up and log into their account adding their address/billing details.

Ideally would like for the RETAILER to be able to store a card on their account, so the checkout process can almost be 1 click purchase, to avoid them hunting around for their card in front of the end consumer, which will look unprofessional (although if payment is via PayPal this wouldn’t be necessary).

The RETAILERS will show the END CONSUMERS the store which they are logged into, which will display all of the products available for download and the RRP of the digital file, set by the ADMIN.

The END CONSUMER will choose what they want, hand the device back to the RETAILER who will make the purchase for the END CONSUMER, this purchase will be made at a trade price for the RETAILER and not the RRP (I know I can add a discount coupon in with a zero minimum spend which I can make auto apply in the checkout).

The RETAILER will get the order receipt but when completing the purchase will add the END CONSUMERS email in receivers details, END CONSUMERS will get an email with the link to the file (order confirmation, but without pricing).

ALL RETAILERS will get the same price, so pricing is not bespoke to each retailer, just a set trade price for all products.

Each RETAILER will then need to be able to view a monthly / weekly sales report showing just their sales.

My main question is: has anyone had any experience setting up similar sites and therefore would be able to recommend the required plugins (if plugins are needed) that they know work?

    Secondary questions are:

What is the best way to customise the order emails so two different versions are sent with the relevant information on each?

    And

I know that if I was selling from my own shop then I would be able to see a repost of my sales etc but is there automatically a place within WooCommerce where, when a customer is logged into their account, they can download a report of their sales only.

Any advice and shared experience is such appreciated.

Hi Joseph, thanks for your reply.

I did open a ticket twice but it doesn’t seems to have worked as I wasn’t taken to my open ticket, nor is there any evidence that there is one.

    Hello @dwin84!

Looking at the records, it looks like your opened ticket with the forum link attached has come through and a reply has been sent yesterday.

Could you please check if the reply ended up in your spam/junk folder?

    Thanks!
