Hi Stefan. Here is another request. Almost every day we receive orders via whatsapp, phone etc from our existing customers. Then we create the orders manually in the admin panel. However, even when we choose the client from the list of existing B2B clients, the prices for the goods added to the order are retail ones, not according to their assigned price list. Same when we need to add more products to the orders originally placed online. I mean when we receive the orders, prices correspond to the client’s assigned price list, but for the manually added products, retail prices are popping up and we need to manually change one by one. Some orders may consist of 20-30 items and it becomes quite time consuming operation as we have to multiply the price by the qty using calculator and input total cost to each line. I guess you know what i mean. Just wondering is there some mistake in our initial set up or the plugin simply doesn’t have such a feature…
In addition, may i remind you regarding my old request to include the SKU field to the downloadable price list, so that we could use that file without wasting time on its reformat.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

Currently our plugin depends heavily on the frontend Hooks/Cart system to set up b2b pricing, discounts, tax rules, etc. Those hooks do not have backend equivalents and as such it is difficult to replicate our code there. As far as I know, most wholesale plugins have the same limitations.

Currently the only solution to create orders for B2B users with correct pricing with our plugin, would be to log in as the user.

You can use the following plugin that we have tested with B2BKing:

Regarding the SKU request: it’s already on our list of improvements for the next updates, thanks for the feedback.
