Hello Brainstorm,

I’m having an issue with my mobile footer. Basically when I view my website on desktop the logo I put in the footer with a transparent background is showing and looks perfect and also when I view it in responsive mode on mobile and ipad on elementor it looks great. But when I view my website on my mobile as a user, the logo I uploaded isn’t there, but a different logo with a black background. I tried adjusting the size of the logo that didnt do anything. I even removed the good logo from the website for a brief moment and even that didn’t remove this default black background logo when I viewed it again from a mobile.

It’s super frustrating because I don’t even see this bad logo when I’m editing in elementor, it only shows up once published and viewed from a mobile device.

I really hope you have any advice or help on this issue, it would’t be greatly appreciated as I’ve been struggling to fix this for a while now.

Thanks for getting back to me. I don’t see the option to add photos on videos directly to this blog but the website is matissechefs.com. If you view it from desktop version you’ll see the correct photo at the bottom, but as soon as you view on a mobile you’ll notice a slightly different logo at the bottom with a black background. This is the unwanted image I’m talking about. As I mentioned above, when editing the footer in elementor, this black logo doesn’t even show up. Even when viewing in mobile responsive mode the black logo isn’t there, only the correct logo with transparent background. It almost seems like a default logo from somewhere but it’s weird because again it only shows up on mobile, when viewing as a user and it’s like I can delete is as it doesn’t show up when editing the footer.

The menu on the desktop is horizontal and differs from the menu in the images attached.

While in order to investigate the issue further, we will need to take a closer look at your end. Please open a ticket from our Support Portal for quicker resolution.
