If I understood your question correctly, then you have some trouble setting the correct times for the matches. My advise would be to:

1. Set WP timezone to a city that is in the same timezone (I have mine set to Amsterdam) in the General settings.
2. Upload your matches converted to UTC, so make sure you change local times. E.g. for Amsterdam I am on +2 hours, so all match times have to be entered minus 2 hours.
3. In the plugin settings use the first setting for “Match time setting” (= “Use WordPress Timezone setting”).

Hola pasega, para que te funcione al horario de partidos, tenes que poner 3 horas más del encuentro. Si por ejemplo el partido es a las 19:30hs. Pone el partido a las 22:30hs.
A mi me resulta así.
