Awsome support goes after it like a pit bull

We were trying to automate the export of a xlsx sheet to our ftp site via the store exporter plugin. Manual export worked fine but whenever we activated the scheduler the file became corrupted and unusable. To make matters worse the site we were working with was not hosted by us but another company so we had to work thru that hosting provider in order to get Vissar Labs the access they needed in order to debug the plugin. After weeks of back and forth they were finally granted r/w access to the scripts libraries they needed to modify. This was a painstaking process but they didn’t give up and stuck thru it to the bitter end.
The plug in works as advertised and the support is unparalleled. Considering how little we paid for this plugin I never would of expected the kind of support we received and the time commitment by Vissar Labs. A personal shout out and thank you to Michael Vissar
