Awsome, but slow support

This plugin is awsome! But… Lacks on the support… If you have an error or something, you probably have to wait more than 12 hours for an answer… When you get a reply, and still have questions, they say your message goes back to the bottom of tickets, so more than 12 hours again… Hope they fix this soon! ?? Since support is a must have, 4 stars! ??
